Meditation is an essential element of the comprehensive transformation process leading to spiritual awakening. You’ve probably heard of spiritual meditation – a way of connecting the soul to the supernatural or divine. When an individual reaches a high level of Divine connection, they may experience spiritual awakening through meditation. This experience is utterly unique to each person. If you have an intention to be spiritually enlightened, the many different forms of meditation are worth checking out. I personally enjoyed guided meditations when I was starting out, to give my mind something to focus on. Later on, I learned Transcendental Meditation, which I highly recommend.
Spiritual awakening is the renewal and remembering of all the information we knew before we incarnated into human form, but forgot due to the veils that exist on planet Earth. Each person could reach enlightenment if they allow for an open space to the unseen, positive supernatural vibrations and accept responsibility for their personal transformation.

First, you need to feel you are ready to do this. Find the time and place where nothing disturbs you. Forget about your worries and problems; forget the place you are physically in.
Spiritual power could be stimulated by your genuine desire to change your life and find truth in this world, and truth in your being.
Guided meditation is when you are led by a live or recorded voice for a period of time. Transcendental Meditation involves the use of a mantra, or repeated phrase used to quiet the mind. Silent meditation varies, where one can focus on the breath and can be set for a certain amount of time.
The perfect time to do meditation rituals is an hour before sunrise or as soon as you wake up before anything else distracts you.
